OEM SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Peak Scientific Instruments
 
Peak Scientific Instruments, a fast-growing manufacturer of gas generators, is looking to recruit an OEM Account Manager to develop Peak?s OEM Accounts.
 
This will be a UK based role in Glasgow with extensive overseas travel to the USA, Asia and Europe.

We operate from a modern facility at Inchinnan, by Glasgow Airport, and have a very strong reputation in the market place, having achieved two Queen?s Awards for Export. Our current turnover is £10m, with plans to grow significantly over the next few years. We manufacture and maintain gas generators for the laboratory market and export 90% of our sales to approximately 75 countries. We have recently opened a number of overseas offices.

Reporting to the Sales and Operations Director and working with the OEM Director, this new role will be responsible for:

? Managing and developing the business with Peak?s OEM Accounts
? Establishing OEM needs and liaising with head office to ensure they are met.
? Developing OEM relationships at a corporate level
? Supporting OEM?s through out the sale process
? Providing after sales support to meet OEM customer?s demands
? Ensuring all OEM activities are communicated to Territory Sales Managers
? Attending exhibitions, conferences and seminars

Ideal skills required:

? Experience in a senior sales account management role essential
? Experience in a related industry would be advantageous
? Ability to adapt to and communicate well with different cultures
? A willingness to travel extensively.
? Strong technical knowledge and a capability of learning about gas generators.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary details: £33,000 - £35,000, plus car allowance, plus bonus
