This is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding field sales professional to join TF Automation, a privately owned company that has established itself as a market leader of pneumatic distribution, design and build of special purpose machinery for a diverse range of sectors including pharmaceuticals, aerospace and energy.

Due to continued growth and management expectations, a field sales executive is sought to grow their business in the Midlands and Southern England.

Reporting to the managing director, the field sales executive will be tasked with winning new business and managing existing clients who require bespoke engineering tools and machinery. Due to the nature of the capital equipment products, these are multi-stage and complex sales, dealing with multiple customer contacts up to board level.

The successful candidate will have an impressive track record in capital plant sales direct to end users and be comfortable working across a broad spectrum of industrial sectors. You will sell on solutions basis, be commercially aware and have the self motivation and discipline to successfully work from a home base. Ideally you will have a real hunger for new business, can-do-attitude and an ability to match the ability of the company good standards.
