Due to continued expansion there is a need to recruit an experienced Senior Web Developer. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work in close collaboration with designers and account managers, providing initial feedback on usability and technical considerations. Utilising your web development skills you will be tasked will developing agency projects. These will often require extensive project management skills, budgeting, identifying of appropriate solutions and implementation of them.
Essential Technical Skills
- Hand-coded xHTML, advanced CSS and unobtrusive JavaScript
- Strong PHP 5 OOP
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (preferably jQuery)
- Open source PHP CMS (preferably WordPress)
- Strong MySQL build
- Cross-browser development experience (including IE6) and table-based emails
- Experience in architecting and developing large scale multi-lingual websites
- Basic Flash animations - banners / adverts, etc
- Familiarity with Google Maps API
