Our client is now seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Services Manager to spearhead and drive the internal sales team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director this person will take full responsibility for both the inbound and outbound sales teams, this to include account managing and developing, as well as cold calling and customer services.
With a proven successful experience you will be a natural leader with a significant experience in recruiting, developing and managing a successful telephone based sales team. You must have a sound commercial acumen and have at your fingertips the full suite of skills required to develop and grow profitable sales. You will also be required to acquire and develop your own key accounts as well as overseeing all of the company?s accounts.
