We have a great opportunity for a Range & Merchandising Manager to join our Nestlé Professional Confectionery Marketing Team.
This is a commercially focused role with the world?s largest food company, so what?s really satisfying is the impact you can have. Sitting in the Marketing team means being at the heart of the category strategy development for our Out Of Home (OOH) channels and customers, with very strong links with Customer Marketing, and sales teams as well as our customers. Using cutting edge research you will define and communicate specific ranging and merchandising plans. Ultimately, you?ll influence our customer opinion and shape the way shoppers / consumers view our products in OOH channels.
The successful candidate will already have proven commercial experience and this will ideally have been within FMCG. You will be educated to a degree level or equivalent and your qualifications will be either business or marketing related. You?ll bring an excellent record for delivering commercial results and a sophisticated knowledge of customer analysis, range and merchandising experience. You will also need to be creative in the development of path to purchase and POS solutions that meet the varying demands of the OOH channels
You will also have the expert influencing and relationship management skills to transform merchandising strategy into channel / customer reality. Building credibility and key relationships, to liaise at a senior level with our customers.
