The first is a new role to cover workload within our UK & International Tesco team focused on driving the Nestlé business through Tesco and the second great opportunity to work for our Sainsbury?s and Waitrose team covering for maternity.
Customer and Shopper Insight is a key priority at Nestlé. Our Customer Business teams are dedicated to driving Nestlé?s success through leveraging shopper, consumer and customer insight.
For both roles, you will be expected to produce consumer, shopper and customer insights for the Customer Business teams that you are working within. The scope is across all Nestlé categories at a macro level, with a detailed focus on the Food & Beverage categories and brands (Nescafe, Nesquik, Herta, Carnation, Aero & Skinny Cow). You will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate reporting on Nestlé performance within our customers within the market. You will also be expected to analyse and interpret complex customer and channel data to identify, develop and exploit new customer opportunities. Bringing insight to life and supporting its integration into actionable commercial plans will be something you pursue with passion. Teamwork with Business managers and multi-functional specialists will also be essential to the team?s success.
The successful applicants must be degree educated or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or business based subject. Knowledge of continuous data sources are a must such as ACNielsen / IRI, TNS, and/or for Tesco, Dunnhumby and for Sainsbury?s, LMG Self serve. Alongside this candidates must have previous FMCG Retailer experience that may either be client or agency side.
