An exciting role has arisen within the Nestlé UK Internal Communications Department, for an Internal Communications Officer based in York. This role reports to the Head of Corporate Communications and is an excellent opportunity for someone to broaden their exposure to all aspects of communication, by working alongside a team of strong and talented individuals.
This role will help to develop and deliver the Internal Communications strategy and assist the team in implementing communications to support high profile campaigns and projects from across the business including:
? Supporting the development and delivery of the annual Corporate Conference, documents and cascade process.
? Driving ongoing communications through the established internal communications channels
? Managing corporate photo and video shoots,
? Event management of employee events and briefings.
As an experienced internal communications practitioner this role will also be required to offer best practice advice to colleagues on local communications.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with experience within Internal Communications including copy writing and event management, experience of managing suppliers in the provision of design, print, photography and video production etc. Experience of working with online and digital channels would also be desirable.
