This is a superb sales leadership opportunity to join a large diverse specialist print solutions manufacturing group which is poised for significant transformation and change and is looking for sales growth in one of its key subsidiaries. The business produces printed materials of the highest quality to a diverse, demanding customer base and has significant potential to grow.
Reporting to the Group Sales Director you will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a dedicated team of sales specialists with additional support from an experienced customer service team. The marketplace is highly competitive, uncompromising in terms of quality and the challenge is to find new business and grow existing accounts to their full potential. The company sells its products and services on the basis of supply contracts which can carry significant value and in addition to leading your team you will be personally involved in building relationships at Board level with your key customers. You will also focus on building a stronger skill set in account development within your team. You will have been trained in sales by a world class group, have an impressive career based on a Solutions Sales Approach, be target driven and also have excellent sales leadership and culture change capabilities. You will also need a deep knowledge of the print solutions marketplace and understand the key routes to success of selling sheet fed print in to large scale corporate clients. You will be given lots of autonomy to deliver on your objectives and you will also have a real opportunity based on success to grow significantly beyond this level within the group.
The salary is negotiable around the figure quoted with an uncapped bonus opportunity.
